David Ayala-Irizarry
Bringing 10+ years of professional tax expertise to North Port, Florida
David brings a decade of professional tax and accounting experience to the Southwest Florida community. He holds an MBA in Accounting and a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from SUNY New Paltz (AACSB International accredited), graduating with Dean's List honors for both degrees.
Since 2014, David has prepared hundreds of individual and business tax returns, gaining extensive hands-on experience working at CPA firms and accounting firms in New York. His expertise includes individual tax preparation, small business profit and loss analysis, rental property taxation, bookkeeping, payroll processing and reporting, sales tax compliance, bank reconciliation, and tax planning strategies.
David is proficient in various bookkeeping and tax preparation software and accounting systems. His experience includes working with clients year-round on tax preparation, maintaining monthly books including payroll and journal entries, preparing 1099s and W-2s, and providing comprehensive tax planning advice. In 2018, he founded Ayala's Taxes and Bookkeeping LLC, and in 2021 relocated to North Port, Florida to serve the Southwest Florida community.
David's approach combines technical expertise with a genuine commitment to helping clients navigate the complexities of tax preparation and financial planning. He personally meets with clients to understand their unique situations, analyzes their financial information thoroughly, and provides clear explanations of results and strategies to minimize tax liability.
